  • Pilates Foundations

    Your introduction to Pilates! This beginner-friendly class is perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to refine their foundational skills while still getting a solid burn. Targeting the whole body, it focuses on proper technique, core activation, posture, and alignment while also strengthening and toning your arms, legs, and back. Expect low-impact movements that improve flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness.

  • Core Power

    Transform your core with this focused 30 minute class that targets the muscles of the abdomen, back, and pelvic region. By emphasising core activation and stability, this class helps improve posture, enhance balance, and build a strong foundation for everyday movements. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you'll strengthen and tone your entire midsection while improving spinal alignment and reducing the risk of injury. 

  • Flex & Flow

    Flex & Flow combines the best of flexibility and pilates movement in a Pilates-inspired class that improves both mobility and muscle tone. This class focuses on increasing flexibility through dynamic stretching and controlled movements while incorporating Pilates sequences that engage and strengthen your body. Blending the principles of Pilates with flexibility training, it targets key areas  to improve range of motion, reduce muscle tension,and enhance overall body coordination.

About the Trainer

Form & Flow is led by Steph, the owner & director of West Beach Dance Academy. With over a decade of dance teaching experience and, after completing a number of dance and acrobatic-related studies and qualifications, Steph has focused on flexibility and Pilates training in recent years. This shift has allowed her to deepen her understanding of how these practices can enhance the body, improve mobility, support injury prevention, and boost overall strength. She holds qualifications in:

  • Alixa Flexibility, a progressive system focused on improving flexibility with a body-positive, injury-free approach.

  • Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates through Studio Pilates, a globally recognised program that offers a comprehensive approach to Pilates, focusing on body alignment, core strength, and breath control, ensuring safe and effective movement.

Steph’s ongoing studies in dance, pilates and flexibility have shaped her teaching philosophy, allowing her to create classes that help participants move stronger, feel more balanced, and prevent injury. She’s excited to share her knowledge and build a supportive, welcoming community for everyone who wants to move with purpose and confidence.
